Considering the quick digitalisation of enterprises during the last years, it appears urgent to train employers and employees on digital skills, virtual communication and collaboration to follow production and consumption trends and boost their competitiveness.

Partners

In order to work on this important new challenges met by the SMEs

all over Europe, 6 partners from 6 different countries are currently working together on the Erasmus+ project, Work4Future, which aims to provide a set of learning materials, techniques and guidance on how to overcome the barriers of teleworking, find work-life balance, including upskilling with competences and techniques for effective organization of the worklife defined by the new way of working.

Partners

During past 2 years (from November 2021 till October 2023) partners developed several tools such as training framework, a guide on team management, a guide for coaches and an e-learning platform, available online within this website.
